The Golden Zero Waste roasting buckets, specially developed for coffee roasting, are manufactured in Austria from tinplate and finished with a protective gold coating. The high-quality metal pails can be used as sustainable metal packaging for degassing and storing coffee during and after the roasting process, as well as packaging for selling. Approximately 9 - 12 kg of coffee beans can be stored in these eco-friendly containers. The lid of the roasting bucket with Zero Waste embossing is equipped with a vent hole / pressure relief hole to prevent excess pressure during coffee degassing. The included valves, in combination with the valve fluid, ensure aroma protection and protect against the ingress of dirt and foreign particles.
Instructions for use: Shake the valve fluid well before use. Put the valves tape down with the valve side. Apply 1 small drop left and right outside onto the punched-out contours. After 5 minutes resting period, remove the excessive fluid of the valve. Press the valve briefly and firmly with the punched-out contours above the vent hole on the pail lid. Using a latch ring, the metal bucket is firmly attached to its lid. The clamping ring is locked in clockwise direction. The latch ring can additionally be secured with a safety splint for transport.
Due to the different fillings on the market and their individual composition, we cannot confirm absolute suitability for respective fillings. It is the responsibility of the user/bottler of the packaging to determine and confirm the suitability for the respective filling in advance. The actual suitability of the chosen packaging can only be properly ascertained by performing your own preliminary tests.
